Hosted by the founders of Ujima Retreat Center—a mental health therapist and youth mentor—this family eventintegrates mindfulness, self-regulation, and emotional wellness into engaging nature-based activities. Through play therapy, mindfulness meditation, and grounding techniques known to reduce stress and anxiety, participants will build resilience, strengthen bonds, and develop tools for emotional balance.
