Come learn about how to get out of the RAT RACE for the New Year!
A Financial Literacy Workshop (Game Night), will be facilitated by Shanelle and Banio Koroma Jr., at Ujima Retreat Center. They will be sharing some of their personal strategies and tools for success.
Banio & Shanelle own and operate 5 businesses and have successfully acquired and rented out (w/ cash flow) over 11 rental properties in Champaign County.
If you are interested in learning more about finances, real estate investing, and business this event is for you!
We will have some fun socializing and playing game boards that sharpen our investing skills (CASH FLOW and Monopoly). We will also have a group discussion to support our goals. The price covers a catered meal from Piato and onsite childcare (if applicable).
