Welcome to Ujima Retreat Center, a country escape nestled on 7.5 acres in rural Urbana. Our centerpiece is a beautiful 2.5-acre spring-fed pond, fully stocked for your enjoyment. Unwind in our cozy barrel sauna and hot tub, accommodating 4-6 people at a time. Our outdoor pavilion comfortably seats 20, perfect for gatherings, and features charcoal grills for authentic outdoor cooking. We offer 6 kayaks for exploring the pond.

Our newly built 900 sq ft cottage provides all the comforts of home, featuring 6 beds (3 queen and 3 twin XL), a full kitchen, a complete bathroom, and heating and cooling. The cottage also includes a fireplace perfect for relaxing evenings and a 60 inch television for entertainment. You can stay connected with Wi-Fi for a comfortable and modern retreat experience. For larger groups, camping tents are available, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in nature. Gather around our brick fire pit for bonfires under the stars, and take advantage of our outdoor sink and outhouse for added convenience.
