Spa services are not included but may be added separately based on availability. 📅 Cancellation & Reschedule Policy: Cancellations 14+ days’ notice: Full refund (minus 5% processing fee) 7–13 days’ notice: 50% refund or one-time reschedule within 60 days Less than 7 days: Non-refundable Rescheduling: -One reschedule allowed with at least 7 days’ notice, based on availability -Must occur within 60 days of your original booking Weather & Emergencies: -Severe weather or emergencies may be rescheduled once at no charge -Light rain or mild conditions do not qualify for refunds Vendors: -External vendors (food trucks, game trucks, DJs, etc.) follow their own policies -Ujima is not responsible for vendor cancellations or refunds -Recreational motorized vehicles (including ATVs, dirt bikes, go-karts, etc.) and motorized boats are not permitted on the property.
