Rooted in Nature: Wellness Summer Camp

Is a 9-week immersive outdoor experience designed for children and families to reconnect with nature while nurturing emotional well-being.


Hosted by the founders of Ujima Retreat Center—a mental health therapist and youth educator—this camp integrates mindfulness, self-regulation, and emotional wellness into engaging nature-based activities. Through play therapy, mindfulness meditation, and grounding techniques known to reduce stress and anxiety, participants will build resilience, strengthen bonds, and develop tools for emotional balance.


Featuring special guests providing: Kids Yoga , Kids Zumba, Kids Team Building, Kids Meditation and more!
