🌸 Private Event Rentals at Ujima Retreat Center The Ujima Retreat Center offers a serene, flexible space for gatherings that blend celebration, wellness, and community connection. Our event areas provide a peaceful backdrop for birthdays, reunions, small weddings, showers, and other meaningful life events. Event Rental Includes: 🌿 Exclusive access to Ujima outdoor grounds + pavilion 🏡 Indoor cottage access for restroom and prep space 🎶 Electrical hookups & vendor coordination (food trucks, DJs, game trucks, tents, etc.) ⏰ 4-hour base rental (additional time available) ✨ On-site staff support for setup and coordination Base Rate: 💵 Starting at $550 (4 hours) for up to 40 guests Additional time, guests, or overnight stays may increase the rate. Optional Add-Ons: 🔥 Fire Pit & S’mores Kit 💦 Hot Tub / Sauna Access (by group rotation) 🎨 Games or Family Activities Zone Setup 🍽️ Table Décor or Floral Accent Setup 🌙 Overnight Cottage Stay ⚙️ Vendor Guidelines -All outside vendors (food trucks, game trucks, DJs, caterers) must be approved before booking. -Proof of insurance and setup details are required at least 5 days before the event. -No amplified sound after 9:00 PM unless pre-approved. -Event insurance is recommended for groups over 25 guests. 💛 Perfect For: -Milestone Birthdays & Anniversaries -Family Reunions -Graduation Parties -Small Weddings or Receptions -Business Mixers & Organizational Events 📅 Cancellation & Reschedule Policy: Cancellations 14+ days’ notice: Full refund (minus 5% processing fee) 7–13 days’ notice: 50% refund or one-time reschedule within 60 days Less than 7 days: Non-refundable Rescheduling: -One reschedule allowed with at least 7 days’ notice, based on availability -Must occur within 60 days of your original booking Weather & Emergencies: -Severe weather or emergencies may be rescheduled once at no charge -Light rain or mild conditions do not qualify for refunds Vendors: -External vendors (food trucks, game trucks, DJs, etc.) follow their own policies -Ujima is not responsible for vendor cancellations or refunds 🌿 Please Note: Every event requires time and preparation.
